Prior to the Grant County Water Conservancy Bureau, Ephrata, Washington, was notified of an application for changing water intake and use locations under Water Rights G3-01394(E). Please note: On August 26, 2021, Tyler and Elizabeth Reffett of Grant County, Washington, submitted an application numbered GRAN 21-13 to the Grant County Water Conservancy Commission to change the withdrawal point, the location of use, and add points according to Water Rights G3- 01394(E) Exit. According to the priority date of May 26, 1969, the right authorizes the extraction or transfer of 36.1 gallons per minute and 16.8 acre feet per year from a well located in Sec W1/2 SW1/4. 8, T. 19N, R22 EWM This right authorizes the use of water for seasonal irrigation of 4.2 acres of land within Grant County Assessor’s Parcel Number 180174000 from March 15 to October 15. The applicant proposes to add 8 new wells in the historical use site by changing the extraction point to provide services for the 8 new plots in the proposed subdivision. The application also recommends changing the location of use based on the revised platform map subdivided in 8 lots. The change of the location of use of G3-01394(E) will not extend the location of use beyond the boundaries of Grant County Assessor Package Number 180174000, but will remain within the historical location of use of the parent water right G3-01394.
